  • Estimates may be adjusted if the condition or size of the home differs from what was described
  • Any adjustments will be discussed before the service continues

Same-Day Cleaning Appointments

Same-day cleaning services are subject to availability and require payment in advance.

  • Same-day bookings are non-refundable
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed


If you need urgent cleaning, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged in full
